Our customer support group includes a team of experienced Field Service Technicians available to travel to your site. This enables Legacy to quickly resolve any associated service issues. Additionally, these individuals are available for routine maintenance, equipment installation, proof of performance and product training. Our ultimate goal is to keep you on the air. Our service teams are factory trained and authorized to provide initial configuration and installation services as well as ongoing service and maintenance. Customers have the option of selecting standard or customized service and maintenance packages geared to their needs. Whether you prefer to work on an as-needed basis or require a "24/7 Guaranteed Response" contract, Legacy Communications has you covered. |
